Q: How do I download the Cheats?
A: You will receive an email with step by step instructions once your purchase has been completed. Please follow all instructions exactly as described for proper results.
Q: I paid, but I have not received my item yet?
A: It can take anywhere from 1 minute to an hour for payment info to process, so please be patient. You can try logging in to your “My Account” tab and checking your email, including your spam folder, for your item.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: Currently we accept credit cards, Paypal, and cryptocurrency.
Q: Can I try a cheat before I pay?
A: Unfortunately due to the nature of the software we offer we have to keep our current customer’s safety in mind. Offering free trials makes it too easy for the game/cheat protection developers to get our software. However, you can view our testimonial section where our members review our software, staff, and forum.
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: We have a “No Refunds” policy in place due to the fact that once your purchase is made you immediately gain access to your game key and we are unable to retrieve it once it has been sent to you. Please ensure that you are selecting the item that is right for you before you confirm your purchase, as it will no longer be eligible for refund. However, we do consider situations on a case by case basis if there is a technical issue with your purchase that cannot be resolved by our best efforts. Please reach out to customer support for any problems and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charge back’ or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.
Q: How can I tell if a cheat gets detected?
A: We have a “cheat status page” that shows you if the cheats are detected or undetected, and you can check this page 24 hours a day. The difference between our cheats and others is that coders at IWantCheats have 19 years of combined experience coding game cheats, other website coders have less experience and tend to get detected more often.
Q: Can the cheats get detected at all?
A: There are NO cheats in the world that are 100% undetected, the great news is our coders have superior experience making cheats so you’ll be much safer with IWantCheats than anywhere else. If we do happen to get a ban it’s usually with a new game, once we find out what a developer may be detecting we can fix it and get it undetected.
Q: What Games do you support?

Q: Can I share my account with someone else?
A: We do not allow or support sharing accounts between people.
Q: Can I run your software on more than one computer?
A: Please be aware that when you start the cheat loader it will be locked to your computer. It means you can only run our software on a single PC per user account.
Q: What happens when a game gets updated with a patch?
A: As soon as we notice a cheat isn’t working due to a patch we notify the coder, and he will put an update out ASAP to get the cheat back online.
Q: How long does it take the cheats to get updated after a patch?
A: It depends on how much the coder needs to change and how much testing we need to do. Having the cheat down won’t hurt your subscription as we add free time onto your subscription for any downtime.
Q: What operating systems do you support?
A: We currently support Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Q: How can I cancel a subscription?
A: We don’t offer any subscriptions so when you pay you’ll have 30 days of access, once the 30 days is up access is removed and you can purchase more access at that time. You never have to worry about a subscription payment here.
